Background Information

These posts were created for FluidOne and CSA Cyber, where I managed content calendars, designed posts, wrote copy that aligned with each brand’s tone of voice and conducted monthly analysis to help form my strategy. My focus was on creating educational, professional, and visually consistent content across LinkedIn.

  • The goal was to position both brands as thought leaders in their industries while maintaining visual and tonal consistency.


    My responsibilities included developing post concepts, writing captions, designing visuals, scheduling content as well as conducting monthly analytics to tweak strategy for maximum reach and engagement.

  • This was an ongoing project throughout my role at FluidOne, with new content produced weekly in collaboration with internal teams and subject-matter experts.

  • I analysed post performance to identify which topics resonated most with each audience, for example, LinkedIn users engaged more with AI and cybersecurity insights that offered actionable takeaways.


    I also tested formats, from carousel storytelling to videos with captions, to find the right balance of education and visual appeal.

  • The main challenge was turning technical, B2B topics into content that felt relatable and easy to digest.


    I tackled this by using conversational language, simplifying visuals, and structuring posts as micro-stories rather than static updates.

  • The social content helped boost engagement across both brands’ LinkedIn pages (increase in followers as well as CTR) and supported broader campaign goals around brand visibility and thought leadership.


    This project strengthened my skills in content planning, audience analysis, and creative execution.

I noticed that static posts weren’t driving much engagement, so I decided to experiment with carousels. The goal was to make our content more interactive and story-led while keeping it educational. Introducing carousels helped us present complex ideas in an engaging way and they quickly became one of the most effective post formats across our channels.
